Grade 7 Outdoor Education at Camp Pecometh!

The seventh grade class spent the night at Camp Pecometh for the annual tradition of Outdoor Adventure. Outdoor Adventure is designed to bolster self-confidence; to teach the value of teamwork, compromise, and cooperation; and to develop an appreciation for one’s natural surroundings. The trip is planned for the beginning of the year because the overnight experience helps integrate new Holton students into their classes, as well as, play a critical role in fostering class unity. The biggest takeaway of Outdoor Adventure is that it helps set a positive tone for the entire year!
