Grade 4 Learns About India From Class of 2014

Earlier today, the fourth grade met with nine Holton seniors to learn about their "junior journey" to India. The seniors told the fourth graders about their three week trip where they learned about economic development and the effects of globalization. The fourth graders asked interesting questions i.e. What was the food like? Did you see a lot of animals? Where did you stay? How is India different from America? At the end of the visit, the seniors decorated the fourth graders hands with henna and they all enjoyed eating samosas.
